Can see the relative under genetic relationship but do not know how to contact.

These attachments show that there is no dropdown next to the match. Why is this? It only shows the letter "I" for the match. Is it because of privacy settings?

I think I must have downloaded my son's data from 23and me 2 times. ?Would this be why I see a level 2 match? ?I am seeing two copies of my son's dna and the program thinks they are relatives. ?
